Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara has been a German/Romanian television actress for more than a decade. Alexandra is well-known for her roles on Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra was the sole daughter of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. When she was 16she already secured a number of TV roles including the lead role in the Downfall film Youth Without Youth Control. She was praised for her performance in Der Tunnel. This paved for her to play other memorable performances, like Adolf Hitler's Secretariat Traudl Junge. Additional Oscar nominated film starring the famous diva are The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex. Alexandra was engaged in numerous noteworthy projects, both in the United States as well as internationally. These include British biographical films Control Greek drama film The Dust of Time and the French historical mini-series Napoleon and many more. In addition, she was an active member of the Cannes Film Festival jury and Transylvania International Film Festival.
